Imagine you had a crush long time ago. Imagine that that crush was pretty strong. Strong enough to distract you during class and other activities. So strong that you had to finally take a decision to ignore that person's existence. Okay. Done! Ignored! Like they say "ignorance is bliss"...

Finally you are over that person. You are now able to accept that person's presence and you do not blush or stutter when that person talks to you. You are now normal (if that is possible). You are okay even when you hear that that person is with another person, that they are having a relationship. You are not jealous, you are actually happy to see that person happy with the other person. You genuinely hope for the best for them.

Then comes a time when you actually become friends. Good friends. Nothing more. You talk more than you usually do. You talk about things you don't usually talk about. You discuss lot of things and find that there are similarities between you both. Good. Stronger friendship.

Then one fine day, that person goes and ruins it all by saying "I had a crush on you."

Now what do you do? All those feelings you had bottled up and stowed away in some corner of your heart comes rushing back. You are a wreck. Now the 'crush' is no longer a crush. It is something else now. And you have no idea what it is. This is the time you curse and say "shit!!!!!" (or something stronger).

The rest is a struggle. A very difficult struggle where you cannot tell anybody what you are feeling. You are a mess. You cannot sleep. You cannot eat. You cannot concentrate (obviously).

And the other person does not make it easy. There is a constant conversation going on through the blessed evil Facebook. And when there is no contact, you yearn for it. Its a pain in which you are writhing. You want to escape, but you want to stay too. Because there is a pleasure in this pain. You can't cry, because you don't know what the hell is happening.

You just go through the days looking for opportunities to talk to that person. When you don't get them you just sit and stare until the next contact.

Don't you think this is f*****g unfair?!
